Larry Beaumont, LL.M., Director
Holds Masters Degrees in Health Law and Bioethics as well as a Doctor of Bioethics from Loyola Stritch Chicago School of Medicine. He is a retired federal prosecutor with 20 years of investigation and litigation experience with multiple federal and state investigative agencies, including HHS, HHS Inspector General, FDA, FDA Inspector General, and the Illinois State Police. He has been responsible for the investigation and prosecution of hundreds of Federal and State criminal and civil investigations, including matters involving violations of the False Claims Act and violations of CMS regulations. His graduate thesis involved an analysis of the efficacy of CMS’s Emergency Preparedness Rules. His dissertation involved ethical analysis of portions of the "Revised Common Rule"
